Short version: when you request a quote, your details go to one local business so they can contact you about your enquiry, and to nobody else. We may be paid for the introduction. We never sell your details to multiple companies.

Who we are
Teesside Windows (teessidewindows.co.uk) is an advertising and introduction website operated by 360 Media Works Ltd, who is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. It is not the website of any window company. What we collect
When you fill in the quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), postcode, the service you're interested in, and anything you add in the message box.
What we do with it
We use your details for one purpose: to arrange your quote. Your enquiry is passed to one independent local window specialist who covers your area, and they contact you about your enquiry. Depending on our arrangement at the time, that business either pays us a fee for the enquiry, or rents this website and receives its enquiries directly. Either way your details go to one business only: they are not sold to multiple companies, added to marketing lists, or shared with anyone else. With your enquiry on its way, our job is done.
Who processes your data
Our quote form and enquiry handling run on GoHighLevel (a CRM platform), who act as our data processor. Emails confirming your enquiry come from our mail domain mailer.quoteupdate.co.uk. The business that receives your enquiry becomes an independent controller of your details for the purpose of providing your quote.
Calls
If you call us, calls may be answered by an automated assistant and may be recorded for quality and enquiry-handling purposes. You'll always be told at the start of the call.
Analytics and cookies
We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages viewed, buttons tapped). This collects no personal data and sets no cookies, so no consent banner is needed. The quote form itself is protected by Cloudflare bot protection, which may set a technical cookie necessary for security.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 12 months so we can resolve any issues with your quote, then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase and restrict processing of your personal data, and to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). To exercise any right, email [email protected] and we'll sort it.
Changes
If how we handle data changes, this policy will be updated before the change goes live and the date above will change.
